What we undertake

A successful project requires commitment from both parties. Set out below is what we undertake to provide on every engagement.

  • To carry out the work within the signed scope and against the agreed milestones.
  • To hold your files, briefs and credentials in confidence and securely.
  • To raise any risk or delay at the earliest opportunity, never after the deadline.
  • To hand over well-constructed, tested work that you can operate without us.

What we ask of you

Set out below is what we require from you in order to meet each milestone on time.

  • Timely feedback, so that milestones remain on schedule.
  • The assets and access that a given task requires in order to proceed.
  • Confirmation that you hold the rights to the content and logos you provide.
  • Settlement of each invoice by its due date, so that work continues uninterrupted.

Payment terms

Projects are invoiced against milestones, each falling due on the schedule agreed in your Statement of Work. Work is suspended where an invoice remains outstanding.

Ownership of the work

Ownership of the final web, brand and search deliverables passes to you once the project has been paid in full.

Scope and revisions

Each milestone includes a defined number of revision rounds. Any further rounds are quoted before they are undertaken.

Limits of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work affected. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Concluding a project

Either party may conclude a project on written notice. Payment is due for the work completed up to that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of our place of registration, and any dispute is referred to that jurisdiction in the first instance.

General

Nothing in these terms removes any right conferred on you by law. Should one clause be held unenforceable, the remainder continue in force. We may engage a trusted partner to carry out a particular task, but we remain responsible for the result. These terms, together with your signed proposal, constitute the entire agreement between us.
