Clear terms for a trusted partnership.

Navicore builds web, brand, and SEO under one roof. Good work starts with a fair deal. These terms set out how we engage. Read them before you start a project. No fine print. No traps.

What this covers

Four things these terms govern

By using this site or hiring us, you agree to the terms below. Each row shows one area they cover and what it means for your project.

  • services

    The work we do

Web build, brand identity, and SEO. Each job is scoped in a signed proposal before it starts.

  • site

    This website

Browsing navicore.agency, reading our pages, and sending us a message all fall under these terms.

  • quotes

    Proposals and quotes

Any estimate we send is part of the deal once you accept it in writing. It sets the price and scope.

  • changes

    Updates to terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the version that applies to your project.

Mutual duties

A fair deal runs both ways

Good projects need both sides to show up. Here is what we owe you, and what we need from you to hit every milestone on time.

What we promise

  • Do the work in the signed scope, on the agreed milestones.
  • Keep your files, briefs, and passwords private and secure.
  • Flag any risk or delay early, never after the deadline.
  • Hand over clean, tested work you can run without us.

What we ask of you

  • Give timely feedback so milestones stay on track.
  • Share the assets and access a task needs to move.
  • Confirm you own the content and logos you send us.
  • Pay each invoice by its due date so work keeps flowing.

Key clauses

The terms that matter most

These six clauses shape every engagement. We keep them short and plain so you know exactly where you stand before any work begins.

  • payment

    Payment terms

Projects run on milestone invoices. Each is due on the schedule agreed in your Statement of Work. Work pauses on overdue bills.

  • ownership

    Who owns the work

You own the final web, brand, and SEO deliverables once the project is paid in full.

  • revisions

    Scope and revisions

Each milestone includes set rounds of edits. Extra rounds are quoted before we start them.

  • liability

    Limits of liability

We are liable up to the fees you paid for the affected work. We do not cover indirect loss.

  • cancel

    Ending a project

Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that day.

  • law

    Governing law

These terms follow the law of our registered home. Disputes go to that jurisdiction first.

Nothing here removes any right the law gives you. If one clause fails in court, the rest still stand. We may hand a task to a trusted partner, yet we stay on the hook for the result. These terms, plus your signed proposal, form the whole deal between us.
